Company Background

Graham Corporation opened in 1989 in Knoxville to develop quality retail shopping centers in the Knoxville region. Its corporate slogan, Developing Solutions – Building Success, reflects not only Graham Corporation’s success in development but also its creative renovation and reuse of vacant retail properties.

Excellent location, visibility, ease of access, convenient parking, and a good tenant mix are attributes Graham offers with each of its developments. A site-driven developer, Graham founder Tim Graham selects property he envisions as the best retail site in a particular area, negotiates the purchase and approaches tenants he wants to attract to the site.

Graham Corporation has developed nearly 2 million square feet of commercial space and will surpass the 2 million mark with projects now in the planning stages. Graham's tenant relationships include Lowe’s Home Centers, Kroger, Walgreen, Target, Blockbuster, Goody’s, Wal-Mart, CVS, Home Depot, Food Lion, Belk Stores, Baptist Health Systems and others.

Recognized for its creative reuse of properties, Graham Corporation has won awards for Fountain Square, the redevelopment of a unique, two-story retail center, and Knoxville Expo Center, the redevelopment of a former home supply store as a consumer exposition center. Graham considers it a responsibility to bring quality development to East Tennessee and to deliver an extra level of service to tenants in its developments.
