Tim Graham, President

Tim founded Graham Corporation in 1989 to develop, lease, and manage shopping centers serving the metro Knoxville and East Tennessee area. Tim’s experience in real estate development came from Horne Properties, Inc., where he worked from 1982 to 1989, helping to develop nearly 60 shopping centers throughout the southeast. He received his degree in business administration from the University of Tennessee.
Tim heads a team of more than 20 people intent upon providing quality shopping center, office, and residential development and management in East Tennessee. Tim’s own commitment to family leads him to encourage his team to devote time to family, and that focus will keep his company firmly rooted in Knoxville. Tim’s community and civic involvement includes Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Emerald Avenue Youth Foundation, Karns Volunteer Fire Department, and Grace Baptist Church. |
Derry M. Thompson, Senior Vice President

Derry plays a key role in land selection, acquisition, financing, construction, and leasing for Graham developments. Joining Graham in 1997, Derry had experience as a public accountant, investment advisor, and in preparing a company to be publicly traded prior to entering real estate development. He is a certified public accountant and holds an accounting degree from the University of Tennessee. Derry shares Tim’s commitment to family and aims to exert a positive influence on all who do business with Graham. |
David Zackrison, Facilities Manager
David has worked with Graham Corporation since 1995. Courteous and considerate in working with tenants, David is responsible for ensuring that exterior appearances in Graham developments are welcoming to customers and that buildings are properly maintained. A graduate of Andrews University in Michigan, David worked in the dairy farm industry before joining Graham.

Tom brings a background in retail management, real estate, and commercail leasing to his property management work with Graham Corporation. With Graham since 1999, Tom is focused on providing customer service to tenants of Graham developments, offering a unigue landlord-tenant relationship that aims to meet their needs and encourage their success. The result is a very low tenant turnover in Graham developments. |

Laura Harris, Leasing and Acquisitions Manager

Laura is a licensed real estate agent who has been with Graham Corporation since 2001. Laura worked in residential real estate and with commercial developers before joining Graham. Responsible for seeking new tenants and new property to develop, Laura is focused on building trust in her relationships with real estate representatives in her leasing and acquisitions work.

Jana joined Graham Corporation in 2002. She has studied business management and brings a background in the manufacturing industry to Graham. Jana handles responsibilities that vary according to projects, and she enjoys being part of a supportive team that works together to accomplish goals.

Ray joined the company in 2003. He is responsible for the accounting functions, human resources and information technology at Graham. A certified public accountant with bachelor and masters degrees from the University of Tennessee, he enjoys the entrepreneurial spirit and the focus on quality developments at Graham.
