Tim Graham
Tim founded Graham Corporation in 1989 to develop, lease, and manage shopping centers serving the Knoxville and East Tennessee areas. Tim’s experience in real estate development came from Horne Properties, Inc., where he worked from 1982 to 1989, helping to develop shopping centers throughout the southeast. He received his degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee.

Tim heads a team of more than a dozen people intent upon providing quality shopping center, office, and residential development and management in East Tennessee. Tim’s focus on family and community will keep his company firmly rooted in Knoxville. Tim’s civic involvement includes Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Emerald Avenue Youth Foundation, Sertoma Center, Big Brothers Big Sisters of East Tennessee, and the Salvation Army. In his free time, Tim enjoys snow skiing in the Colorado Rockies, and water skiing on Norris Lake.
Rob Graham
Vice President
Rob has worked in a wide variety of industries, and for the Graham Corporation in various aspects over the years. Now as Vice President, he manages the ongoing construction projects, interfaces with clients and government entities, and oversees property management efforts at several of our centers. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, Rob is also a hands-on licensed contractor and has been a licensed real estate agent. Rob has a commitment and drive to bring quality developments to completion in an expedient manner. A former college basketball player, Rob enjoys fantasy football, trivia competitions, reading, and watching movies with his lovely wife Allison.
D. Ray Warren, CPA
Vice President
Ray joined the Company in 2003 having previously worked in the transportation, manufacturing and insurance industries. He is responsible for the accounting functions, human resources, and information technology at Graham and also handles various property management and legal duties. A certified public accountant with Bachelor and Master’s degrees from the University of Tennessee, he enjoys the entrepreneurial spirit of the Company and the variety of responsibilities that his position entails. Ray is happily married with two daughters and enjoys outdoor activities with his family and attending University of Tennessee sporting events.
Craig Cantrell
Vice President
A graduate of the North Carolina State University with a BS in Metallurgical Engineering with TVA nuclear program experience, Craig transitioned to the world of high tech hardware and software, where he spent over 20 years working in sales, marketing, customer service, and executive leadership roles for three different local startup companies. Today at Graham, Craig is responsible for business leadership, leasing, property management and construction project management. As an active member of the community, Craig is a member of the team that launched The Grove Church in Knoxville, where he served on staff for five years. Craig is happily married, with two grown sons and two grandchildren.
Jana Neely
Billing Manager
Jana joined Graham Corporation in 2002. With a background in the manufacturing industry, and business management experience, Jana is in charge of the accounts payable area of our Billing department, and assists with residential and commercial property management. In her free time, Jana enjoys volunteering in our community and spending time with her husband, daughter, and their two dogs.
David Zackrison
Facilities Manager
David has worked with Graham Corporation since 1995. Courteous and considerate in working with tenants, David is responsible for ensuring that exterior appearances in Graham developments are welcoming to customers and that buildings are properly maintained. A graduate of Andrews University in Michigan, David worked in the dairy farm industry before joining the Graham Corporation team.
Keith Bowman
Project Manager
Keith joined Graham Corporation in late 2016. With 20 years of experience in both residential and commercial construction as well as construction management, his focus on quality helps bring our projects to completion on time and within budget. As Project Manager, Keith is responsible for overseeing our construction from start to finish, planning and coordinating with contractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with building and safety codes. Happily married, Keith enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, attending church, farming, and hunting.
Rebekah Campbell
Marketing & Communications
Rebekah joined the Graham Corporation in early 2017. A creative professional with ten years of experience in marketing/advertising, as well as CAD drafting, Rebekah is responsible for the creation of all of our marketing materials, email blasts, and website. In her spare time, Rebekah volunteers with her church, reads extensively, and attends sci-fi conventions.
Debbie Denton
Debbie joined the Company in 2020. Leveraging more than thirty years of legal experience, she is responsible for drafting the Company’s legal documents as well as a myriad of other duties. Debbie graduated from Knoxville Business College with a degree in Legal Office Administration, and from South College with a Paralegal Degree. Debbie enjoys spending time with her family, attending church, and working on her small farm in East Tennessee.
Nicole Faus
Property Manager
Nicole joined the Company early 2021. She brings an international presence to the Company’s staff having graduated from Ady-Sincai Cluj-Napoca, Romania majoring in marketing and management. Nicole arrived at Graham with nearly 20 years of commercial property management experience and is responsible for the day to day operation of the Company’s properties. She and her husband recently relocated to Tennessee and have enjoyed the peaceful life Knoxville offers and exploring the Great Smoky Mountains. She volunteers at her church in the worship team and children ministry, and is an active volunteer at Celebrate Recovery, Shoreline Church.
